Easter at the Mining Museum
The miners' house in Březové Hory is alive with Easter atmosphere as in the times of our great-grandmothers. The smell of roasted Judas, traditional decorations, demonstrations of knitting pomlades and painting Easter eggs - all in an authentic environment where time has stood still. The event runs from 12-13 April and then again from 17-20 April 2025 during the Easter holidays. Come and remember how the Spring Festival was celebrated at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Easter at the A. Dvořák Příbram
On Sunday 13 April, the A. Dvořák Theatre will be transformed into a colourful Easter world full of creativity, colours and fairy tales. Families with children in particular will be delighted by the programme - they can look forward to workshops where young visitors will make Easter decorations, decorate Easter eggs and take home their own spring creations. The stage and cinema hall will be transformed into a fairy-tale scene - during the day, stories will be told that will transport children into a magical world of fantasy. And who knows, they might even bump into a favourite fairy tale character.
The whole theatre will literally be filled with festive spirit - a different experience awaits at every turn. The programme is designed to not only entertain the children, but also to bring them closer to Easter traditions and symbols.

Easter train Příbram - Březnice - Rožmitál p. Tř.
Do you like trains, trips and a bit of nostalgia? On Saturday, April 12th, you will not want to miss a ride on the historic motor train called Kachna, Singrovka or Vzducholoď. A special Easter train will set off from Příbram and head through Březnice to Rožmital pod Třemšínem. A legend from the 1960s - the 820 series motor carriage - promises a stylish ride with the atmosphere of times gone by. And to make matters worse, there is one more stop on the way back: a visit to the small railway museum in Tochovice.

Easter in the open-air museum Vysoký Chlumec
In the Vysoký Chlumec open-air museum you will experience the Easter customs of the Middle Povltava region for yourself. You can enjoy knitting pomlazek, dyeing eggs, baking traditional pastries, making whistles and spring decorations. The event takes place on 17-20 April 2025 and is ideal for the whole family.
