5 tips on what to do in Pribram with children

The days are getting warmer and warmer and tempt you to plan trips not only to the countryside. You can do a lot of things with your children in Příbram too. Get inspired by some of our tips.

Hidden Stories - Mary in Flames

The outdoor mobile game will take you through 11 stops in Příbram from its historical centre, through Březové Hory, to Svatá Hora. You will be transported back in time and together with Lojzík Soukup you will search for a way to rescue his father who was trapped in a fire in the Mariánské Mine.

The route is 6.7 km long and suitable for children aged 6 to 13.

Mining Museum Příbram

The Příbram Mining Museum offers a number of sightseeing tours that can be adapted for the youngest visitors - however, for safety reasons, only children aged 3 and over can enter the underground. Children can learn about the life of miners and work in the mines in a fun way. And maybe they will even meet the gnomes.

The new pond

The Nový rybník area offers activities for young and old alike. There is a natural swimming pool, skate park, adventure golf and an in-line track. Children can enjoy the water and Reed's playground. They can have fun on the two air trampolines, walk along the adventure trail through the littoral zone or visit the local zoo.

The Tramp's Puzzle Trail

You can now purchase one of the Tramp Trails in our Information Centre. They will guide you not only through Příbram and its lesser-known corners, but also through the nature around Příbram or in the footsteps of Jakub Jan Ryba. At the beginning of the game you know the start, but you don't know where you are going and only by solving puzzles and brainteasers you move further along the trail with the Tramps. Puzzles and beautiful corners are just the thing for little adventurers.

Holy Mountain

One of the places you must not miss when visiting Příbram is Svatá Hora. Its grounds are also open to families with children. In addition to a tour of the grounds, during which children can work with an interactive quiz or educational worksheets, don't forget to visit the Svatá Hora Pilgrimage Museum.
