Processing of personal data

The City of Příbram, with its registered office: Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I, ID No.: 00243132, processes the following personal data in the case of your request for services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly also referred to as the "Regulation"):

  • email address
  • name and surname
  • telephone number
  • other information filled in the forms (text of the message or question)

Personal data controller

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, the City of Příbram, with the registered office: Tyršova 108, 261 01 Příbram I, ID: 00243132. However, personal data may also be processed for the Controller by other processors, such as providers of processing software, services and applications, which are not currently used by the company.

Reasons for processing personal data

The above personal data must be processed for the smooth use of the website, the possibility of sending an enquiry via the website or the possibility of commenting on an article on the website. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years from the first processing of the personal data, unless you consent to further processing.
